Partner Up!

Air Squats
Push Ups
Kettlebell Swings
Jump Squats
Burpees

– Partner up! While one performs the exercise the other is running a lap. You continue the exercise until your partner finishes the lap. Then you switch. You each perform the exercise twice and run twice.
– Complete 3 rds.
