9/11 Memorial WOD

With a partner (only one can be working at a time) complete for time:

157 sit ups (# of CDN soldiers killed)

93 kbs (flight 93 pens.)

77  wall balls (flight 77 pentagon)

343 air squats (# of fire fighters killed WTC)

60 push press (# of police officers killed WTC) 45/65

11 tire flip jump through (flight 11-WTC)

56 push ups (# of minutes one tower stood after it was struck)

102 box jumps  (# of minutes the other tower stood after it was struck) 20/24

12 deadlifts (# of seconds it took the towers to fall) 155/225

 

Complete a 179m partner drag-each partner does 20m then change places ……9x20m-1 (flight 175 + 4 planes / location of impact)
